Hola chicos, sorry que estoy perdida y que no he cumplido mis promesas de postiar.  La verdad es que la vida se ha puesto algo complicada, prometo updatear el insta mas a menudo, eso sí. También debería hacer este mas bilingüe. Hoy es domingo, o lunes dependiendo como te guste ver el reloj y quiero enseñarles algo mágico. Mi canción favorita, la primera vez que la escuche en una película de Disney Nature me erizo tanto que no se los puedo ni explicar. Hola! Hoy es Sábado, sorry por la tardanza. Aunque la verdad es medio bueno que me haya demorado..descubrí un nuevo favorito hoy en la mañana y wao. Esta lista no hubiera sido la misma si no lo incluía...empecemos pues!

Vivo en una lucha conmigo misma en mis sueños de ser artista, seguir mi carrera de modelo (y mejorarla claro) y tener una vida sana. Tristemente sucede que tengo una afición por la comida FUERA DE ESTE MUNDO. Siempre tengo hambre, siempre. Soy de las que intentan contar calorías y es meeeeega complicado. Por suerte, una amiga me recomendó My Fitness Pal que hace todo ese conteo y más por mi. Se los recomiendo si se toman su salud en serio. A mi me calculo un intake de 1,550 calorías y bueno, me esta ayudando buco. Aunque sí, después que te comes algo que no le conviene a tu cuerpo y lo pones en la aplicación y esta te empieza a contar calorías, sientes UNA culpa.
I fight with myself daily about this with my dreams of being an artist, continuing and improving my modeling career and also living a healthy lifestyle. Sadly, it happens that I kind of really like food and counting calories is soooo complicated. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended "My Fitness Pal" that does all the counting and more for me. I totally recommend this if you take your health seriously. The app calculated an intake of 1,550 calories for me and well, I feel that it's helping a lot. Although, after eating something that you just know that it is not good for you having to enter it to the app feels horrible! As soon as it adds up the calories yo feel SO guilty

Algo que trato de darle más énfasis en mi vida, y bueno, es bastante difícil. Vivo ocupada y aunque llego a mi casa cansada, aún así quiero hacer mil cosas. Al principio de la semana hice un súper esfuerzo para dormirme temprano y mas adelante en la semana, cuando me fue imposible dormirme temprano por la cantidad de tareas, creo que mi cuerpo me lo agradeció. Creo que ambos, el cansancio y el descanso medio que se acumulan no?

This is something that I'm seriously trying to emphasize in my life and well, it is kind of really hard. I'm always busy, and even though I always come home exhausted, nevertheless I always want to do things. At the beginning of the week, I made a serious effort in going to bed early and I actually think that my body thanked me for it. Later in the week, when the 8 recommended hours of sleep were just not going to happen because of my homework workload, my body worked better. It's like the rest accumulated or something...is that a thing?

If you follow me on twitter, you may know that my nostalgia with dance literally never dies. I miss ballet more than anything and well, I found this pic also on tumblr, and thought it was gorgeous! Anyone that has ever danced can tell you the importance of flexibility, Sadly, if you don't stretch, you lose it. I could do what the girl in the picture is doing before...now I'm kind of afraid to even try hahaa. I haven't danced in about 6 months...

Les cuento como funciona: De alguna manera la cadena de televisión FOX bajo la producción del genio detrás de cada buen reality (excepto las kardashians, ughhh como las odio) Ryan Secrest, logran convencer a 12 gringuitas que están en un dating show para casarse con el príncipe Harry...

Ajá así como lo leyeron. En defensa de las tipas, el tipo que se consiguieron es IDENTICO a Harry. 

Esta graciosisímo como las han agarrado de aweba'as y no puedo evitar enamorarme del fake prince, Matt que es demasiado cute, demasiado guapo y demasiado nice

Let me tell you how this show works: Some way FOX and producer Ryan Secrest (because obviously he's behind every good reality tTv show, with the exception of the Kardashians that I hate sooo much) convinced 12 american girls that they were on a TV dating show to win the heart of prince Harry of Wales...

Aha. Just like you read it. In the girl's defense, the guy they got to play fake Harry is almost identical to the prince.

Nevertheless the show is really funny and it's inevitable to laugh at the girls in the hoax and to fall in love with super sweet, cute and REALLY handsome, Matt aka: fake Harry

Thanks God it's Friday! Sadly, I'm sick. Anyways I will do whatever is possible to enjoy it (nothing crazy though). I love college and my classes, but this week has had me exhausted! I've had a ton of homework + modeling gigs + play rehearsals, so yes, I haven't had very much time as I usually have to discover new stuff and pick my favorites. Esta semana he estado enferma y llena de alergia. Últimamente siento que se me hincha la cara cuando me maquillo estando resfriada. Los que me conocen bien sabrán que yo no soy partidaria de esa vaina disque "belleza natural" y que evito salir con cara lavada de mi casa cada vez que puedo. Anyways creo que encontre una solución a este problema: rimmel water-proof y en vez de tapa ojeras, usar base. Obvio no se ve perfecto, extraño mi polvo, tapa ojeras, bronzer, blush, etc. pero me parece que resuelve el problema bastante bien!

This week I've been sick and full of allergies. Lately I've felt my face swells when I wear makeup while having a cold. Those who know me closely will know I'm no "natural beauty" aficionado, I try to leave the house "face washed" as little as I can. Anyways I think I found a solution to this problem: waterproof mascara and foundation (instead of concealer). It's obviously not perfect and I do muss my face powder, concealer, bronzer, blush etc. but I think it deals with my problem pretty well!

Algo básico para mi, pero como me he acostumbrado a tomarlo aveces se me olvida su grandeza, como a cualquiera que se acostumbra a algo. Mi semana fue súper intensa y no les puedo explicar cuantas veces una taza de café me salvo el día

It's something basic to me, but I've gotten so used to drink it that I forget it's greatness, just like everyone else who gets used to something. My week was really intense and I can't even explain how many times a cup of coffee saved the day.

No sé y no entiendo como la gente vive sin agenda! Yo amo la mía y la cargo a literal todos lados. Cada vez que se me pierde quiero llorar. Se me había olvidado decirles pero divise una súper estrategia para estar aún mas organizada: código de colores con highlighters
-amarillo: tareas
-rosado: clases y compromisos
-verde: eventos y exámenes
-naranja: cosas random que no se me pueden olvidar
Esto ha sido súper efectivo, y estoy fascinada como ni se imaginan.

I swear to God I neither know nor understand how people live without agendas!I love mine and carry it around literally 24/7. Every time I lose it, I want to cry. I had forgotten to tell you but I figured out a new strategy to be even more organized: color coding with highlighters!
-yellow: homework and tasks

-orange: rrandom things I can't forget
This has been so effective and helpful, I really recommend it.

Los vi en un video de youtube y wao me encanto. Yo hace rato soy de las que tienen diario, y siempre me tomo años en escoger. No entiendo como no se me había ocurrido comprar un cuaderno más normal y simplemente decorarlo en vez de buscar por años el que tenga la portada perfecta.

I saw them in a youtube video and wow I loved them. I've been a journal writer for a while and whenever I get a new one it takes me forever to decide which one to get. I don't even understand how could I hadn't even thought of this! Just buying a more normal looking journal and simply decorate it instead of taking forever to find I cover that I like.

Puse las mías en el insta oficial del blog (@humoyescarchablog). Aunque no lo crean que yo admita esto en mis favoritos es muy raro. Yo me craneo esta lista durante toda la semana. Voy apuntando, borrando y reemplazando mis cosas favoritas en un note en el celular. Por mucho, mucho tiempo detesté las zapatillas blancas y este no fue un caso de si no puedes contra ellos, úneteles. Solo que de la nada me empezó a gustar como se veían. Lo único malo que debo decir acerca del tema es que estas se ensucian (y se nota) rapidísimo.

I posted a picture of mine in the official instagram for the blog (@humoyescarchablog). Believ it or not, that this made my favorites is really strange. I think about this list all week. I write down , delete and replace my favorites on a note on my phone. For so log I hated white sneakers, and randomly I just grew to like them. I must say there is negatives to them, like that they get dirty really quickly, and it shows.

           Hola chicos, espero que estén teniendo una buena semana. Hoy les quiero hablar de algo muy random que he amado toda mi vida: las listas. Siempre me ha gustado hacer listas de todo lo que tengo que hacer, tengo miles de cosas apuntadas en mi agenda TODO EL TIEMPO y literal hago lo imposible y más para cumplir con mis planes del día. No importa si estos son planes y tareas de verdad o si son disque pintarme las uñas yo misma, hacerme mascarilla y leerme 3 páginas de la revista esa nueva que compre. Soy naturalmente desordenada, pero siento una gratificación singular al organizar mis días y asegurarme de aprovecharlos al máximo. Aunque obvio, hay días que son full "a lo mili" y esos también son divertidos jajaja

Hablando de listas encontre esta en tumblr y dice el source que la escribió un high school teacher. No se si sea cierto eso, pero igual me pareció imperativo compartirla con ustedes. Disfruten

Of course there's the "YOLO" days once in a while and those are fun too.

Les explico, este miércoles me fui por toda la universidad ladillando a todos los que encontraba y preguntando cual era su película de Disney favorita.
