Today's Friday and I've decided to share my favorites of the week today. So come take a World-Cup break with me and let's discuss what I thought was the coolest this past week :)
Un Libro:
A Book:
The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer
Even though I actually read it last week and read something else this week I couldn't stop thinking about it! I need to get the sequel ASAP. I'd recommend this book to literally everyone. I love books that keep you gessing, and that is exactly what Michelle Hodkin delivers. Little by little I've learned to not feel guilty reading anything, I don't have to be reading literature classics and masterpieces every time. I read because I enjoy reading, not to impress anyone. I do believe it's important to read seriously good (like recognized good) books once in a while. The best thing to do about this is to mix them in with whatever else you feel like reading. If you mix them up correctly, you'll get the perfect quantity.
Una Comida:
Food:
@humoyescarchablog)
I thought about placing pancakes on the list since I did have them this week and pancakes have been one of my favorite bites since forever, BUT then I went to the Casco Antiguo and had Fish Tacos at the Fish Market. They were phenomenal, I even posted about them in the new instagram I made for the blog, which you should totally follow BTW (@humoyescarchablog)
Una Canción:
A Song:
Keep Your Head Up- Ben Howard
Keep Your Head Up - Ben Howard
I had forgotten the title of this song and thanks God a friend reminded me of it. Truth is I love it, so it made the list. The link is above!
Un Tatuaje:
A Tattoo:
I love tattoes and I love books, so of course I found this amazing.
Un Antojo:
A Craving:
Even though I live in Panama, a country recognized by its beaches, I don't go nearly as much as I should. The book I read this week, "The Summer I Turned Pretty", as you probbably guessed by the title talks a lot about summer. Even though I didn't really like the book (althouh it was literally recommended to me by everyone) the author described the beach beautifully. I wish I could teletransport and be at the beach right now.
